Arenga sugar, another name for palm sugar, is derived from the sap of the Arenga sugar palm tree. The inflorescence of the tree, which is the stout stem on which a cluster of flowers grows, is where the sap of the tree is taken. The sap is then turned into palm syrup by boiling it until it turns into a syrup. Potassium, nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, and zinc are all present in our palm sugars. These minerals strengthen the immune system and enhance brain function.
