How to use:
- In a sauce pot, bring water to a boil, add a teaspoon of oil, and cook the noodles according to package directions.
- Drain the water and wash the noodles under cold running water to keep the noodles from sticking together and to prevent further cooking.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for a few seconds.
- add thinly sliced onion, saute for a few seconds until transparent, then add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell is gone.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook for 1-3 minutes (you can also add cooked veggies)
- Mix in the tastemaker, red chilli, garam masala powder, and salt, and cook for 1 minute, or until the raw smell of the spice powder fades.
- Add the cooked noodles, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
